In order to fulfill the overall objective of enhancing the standard of living of the poor in Quang Tri Province, the project’s goal was to strengthen development processes to achieve a progressive household economy through a diversity of income sources, and improved basic conditions and infrastructure enabling rural economic development in an environmentally sustainable manner.
