The project aimed to enhance the capacity of Vietnamese staff in applying disinfestation method on general tropical fruits that comply with international standards to improve Vietnamese dragon fruit's access to international market. It included the establishment of a rearing method for fruit flies in laboratory; determining a method for vapor heat treatment disinfestation and its condition; and building the system which stores examination data and analysis results.
