IVY assisted in capacity development of the Svay Rieng Agro-Products Cooperative (SAC) to ensure the group's long-term sustainability. The project was designed to provide SAC with various training programs such as cultivation of chemical-free vegetables, method of public relations for their products, business planning, bookkeeping, and others. Shipment and distribution routes for SAC's agricultural products were also established. The project was designed to be a model case of Agro-Products Cooperatives in Cambodia.
