The project aimed to set the master plan for the development of agriculture, and based on this master plan the feasibility studies on the projects of the irrigation facilities rehabilitation or the agriculture technical extension would be made.
Specifically, the project aimed to improve the agricultural productivity in the Prek Thnot River Basin; rehabilitate the existing irrigation and drainage facilities; formulate flood forecast and warning plan; and transfer technologies to the counterpart personnel.
