In this project, Japan provided assistance to the Battambang PDOWRAM to rehabilitate O'Taki Irrigation System. With the construction of tertiary canals with farm road and intake structures, approximately 700 farmers were expected to have access to water for irrigation. Members of Farmer Water Users' Committee were expected to maintain the irrigation system with the technical supervision of PDOWRAM.
