The goal of AQIP was to support economic growth in Cambodia by providing high quality services in rice seed production, post harvest technology and fruit and vegetable marketing. The AQIP contributed to improved food security and greater cash incomes for farm families by increasing the quantity and quality of rice production, reducing waste through improved rice milling, and building a more robust farming system with improved, small-scale village-based fruit and vegetable marketing.
