The project aimed to upgrade food sovereignty for small farmers at Banteay Meanchey, Kompong Speu and Takeo through the upgrading of value-chains of their products such as organic rice, farm-range chicken, local and European vegetables, palm sugar and mulberry leaves for silk production.
