Project Information

The project's objectives included:
  • Provide technology on improving production of hybrid seed;
  • Improve QC lab for seed production;
  • Develop capacity of researchers;
  • Implement seed production and distribution plans to farmers in the project areas;
  • Improve technology and machineries in pilot areas;
  • Train agricultutural students, farm owners, and extension staff on seed production technology; and
  • Improve seed production technology of model farmers and distribute knowledge to others in the project areas.
