The objective of this project was to complement the rehabilitation efforts of the Government of Thailand through the provision of livestock inputs to the most risk and vulnerable flood-affected smallholder farmers in 8 provinces of Region 1. Furthermore, the project will provide training and technical advice to livestock farmers in disaster risk reduction and management to reduce their vulnerability to future disasters. The desired outcome of the project is to enable flood-affected farmers to go back to their farming activities as soon as possible.
