The objective is to strengthen capacity of countries and related stakeholders in order to formulate, implement and monitor coherent policies, strategies and programs that address root causes of hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition/food security governance through implementation of the voluntary guidelines to support progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of the national food security and a reformed committee on WFS.
