MARKET is an aquaculture and fisheries focused project that tries to reduce problems (such as aquatic animal disease cross-border transmission) for smallholder farmers as well as open new markets through the establishment of sustainable (environmental and social) production/harvesting practices and reduce environmental impact of current production/harvesting practices (fishmeal in feed and over-harvesting).
Gender in aquaculture study is being done by NACA.
